Hisao Shoda vs Mitsuru Eto

Boxing Daily Report from the Shungwa Promotions promoted show at Chiba Machida, Chiba,  taking place on 26/11/2033:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Japan-Chiba Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hisao Shoda (17(2) - 3) who hails from Chiba, Japan and Mitsuru Eto(11 - 16(1) - 10) from Kashiwa, Japan.  Both Shoda and Eto weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fumio Taketa, and the three ringside judges are Hajime Hino, Goro Horie and Takeo Kuwahara.  

Round 1: 

Shoda lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Shoda tries to keep the action at long range.  Shoda quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a stinging cross.

As Eto tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Shoda.  That has caused bad swelling  around the left eye.  
Shoda gets on the inside.  Shoda quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  
Shoda walks his opponent down, trapping him in the red corner.  Shoda hits home with a solid left uppercut.
