Vicente Martin vs Ponce Rita

Boxing Daily Report from the Mashaba Promotions promoted show at Managua Alvillar, Managua,  taking place on 28/11/2033:

Clearly Mashaba Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nicaragua-Managua Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vicente Martin (9 - 17 - 1) who hails from Managua, Nicaragua and Ponce Rita(3 - 19(1) - 3) from Managua, Nicaragua.  Both Martin and Rita weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joaquin Galea, and the three ringside judges are Neron Godines, Juan Vilches and Carlos Albarran.  

Round 1: 

Rita sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Martin attempts to land a left hook, but Rita sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Martin tries to keep the action at long range.  Rita attempts to land a jab, but Martin slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.
