Carlos Pelayo vs Zelipe Ossa

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Panama-Panama State promoted show at Fantastic Casino de Albrook Mall, Panama City,  taking place on 29/11/2033:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Central American Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on NEXtv, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Carlos Pelayo (28(2) - 20(16)) who hails from San Salvador, El Salvador and Zelipe Ossa(16 - 4(3)) from Panama City, Panama.  Both Pelayo and Ossa weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ivan San Jose, and the three ringside judges are Seferino Guadarrama, Ricardo Favela and Jax Alpizar.
