Fraco Palacio vs Angel Barajas

Boxing Daily Report from the Boakye Promotions promoted show at Madrid Fuerte, Madrid,  taking place on 01/12/2033:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Spain-Comunidad de Madrid Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Fraco Palacio (15 - 11(1) - 4) who hails from Madrid, Spain and Angel Barajas(15 - 3) from Madrid, Spain.  Both Palacio and Barajas weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gonzalo Villagomez, and the three ringside judges are Vegas Hidalgo, Jose Carranco and Sagaz Archibeque.  

Round 1: 

Barajas closes the distance.  Barajas pivots to the side of his opponent and drives a left hook into Palacio's ribs.  
Barajas gets on the inside and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents head.  
Barajas pivots from in front of his opponent.  Palacio attempts to land a right hook, but Barajas slips the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Barajas sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Palacio closes the distance.  Barajas lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Barajas pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a solid right hook.  
Barajas digs in a right hook to Palacio's ribs.  
Barajas is on target with a stinging right hook.  
Barajas pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook.  
Palacio is looking to keep his distance.  Barajas sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Palacio lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.

Barajas closes the distance.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Barajas.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.

Palacio is on target with a right hook.  As Palacio tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Barajas dabs at his face checking for damage.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Palacio's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Palacio's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Palacio's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
