Boxing Daily Report from the AI Tajikistan-Sughd promoted show at Istaravshan Hai, Istaravshan,  taking place on 05/12/2033:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Tajikistan-Sughd Light Heavyweight title.

As Izmailov came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.
