Fidel Alejandre vs Juan Diego

Boxing Daily Report from the Bamfokwakye Promotions promoted show at Vicente Delgadillo Gym, Ciudad Victoria,  taking place on 10/12/2033:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Tamaulipas Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Fidel Alejandre (2 - 12 - 4) who hails from Nuevo Laredo, Mexico and Juan Diego(7 - 6(1) - 2) from Ciudad Victoria, Mexico.  Alejandre weighed in at 118 pounds, while Diego weighed in at 117 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Emanuel Mieras, and the three ringside judges are Francisco Rigor, Juan Alvarez and Carlos Armando.  

Round 1: 

Diego advances into close range.  Alejandre lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.
