Rupert Decoux vs Valeri Samarin

Boxing Daily Report from the BoxHaus AG promoted show at Halle 622, Zurich,  taking place on 19/12/2033:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on RTSH Sport, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Rupert Decoux (7(4) - 0) who hails from Lausanne, Switzerland and Valeri Samarin(24(1) - 8(7) - 1) from Moscow, Russia.  Both Decoux and Samarin weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Erchanbold Meinhold, and the three ringside judges are Heller Abrams, Alarik Stroebel and Kai Juda.  

Round 1:

Samarin gets on the inside.  Samarin pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, a right uppercut to the body and a left uppercut to the head.  
Decoux steps away from his opponent and finds the target with a spiteful jab.  
Decoux switches the action to the outside and lands a jab.  
Samarin manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Samarin pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.

Samarin lands a jab followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
Decoux steps away from his opponent and connects with a cross.
