Peter Harp vs Paul Gibbs

Boxing Daily Report from the ADR Boxing promoted show at Robina Stadium, Gold Coast,  taking place on 07/01/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Australia Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Peter Harp (33(29) - 0 - 1) who hails from Melbourne, Australia and Paul Gibbs(17(11) - 1) from Gold Coast, Australia.  Both Harp and Gibbs weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sammy Feamster, and the three ringside judges are James Westwood, Hugh Durie and Joey Kindrick.  

Round 1: 

Harp digs in a right uppercut to Gibbs's ribcage.

As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Gibbs dabs at his face checking for damage.

Gibbs steps inside.  Harp lands two consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a cross followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND DOWN GOES GIBBS!  The ref waves off the fight.  He does not believe Gibbs can continue!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Harp!
