Kendis Kithuka vs Bryan Mehta

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Nairobi promoted show at Skype World, Nairobi,  taking place on 16/12/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Kenya Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Kendis Kithuka (24(13) - 10(8) - 2) who hails from Mombasa, Kenya and Bryan Mehta(18(1) - 7(3)) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Kithuka weighed in at 147 pounds, while Mehta weighed in at 147 pounds and 9 ounces.    As Mehta came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the titles on the line tonight.  
The referee tonight is Elliot Lumumba, and the three ringside judges are Stuart Lone, Rehan Abed and Shaun Chelangat.
