Alessio Scalia vs Vanni Rodano

Boxing Daily Report from the Sikatana Promotions promoted show at Gianluigi Cingari Gym, Palermo,  taking place on 25/12/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Italy-Sicily Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alessio Scalia (8 - 18 - 2) who hails from Catania, Italy and Vanni Rodano(15 - 8 - 4) from Catania, Italy.  Both Scalia and Rodano weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Marco Scopelliti, and the three ringside judges are Leonardo Bartolini, Vicenzo Strano and Fabrizio Valdifiori.

Scalia connects with a right uppercut.  
Scalia closes the distance and tries to land a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook to his opponents body.
