Joaquin Pinel vs Ryo Meraz

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ecuador-Manabi promoted show at Marco Ventura Gym, Manta,  taking place on 21/12/2033:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ecuador-Manabi Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joaquin Pinel (12 - 5 - 2) who hails from Manta, Ecuador and Ryo Meraz(4 - 16(2)) from Portoviejo, Ecuador.  Pinel weighed in at 238 pounds and 6 ounces, while Meraz weighed in at 223 pounds and 1 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Vicente Robaina, and the three ringside judges are Rio Lona, Alejandro Cruz and Juan Guerrero.
