Hitoshi Omura vs Akira Yoshida

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Kanagawa promoted show at Eiji Shimomura Gym, Yokosuka,  taking place on 28/12/2033:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Kanagawa Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hitoshi Omura (15 - 9 - 3) who hails from Yokohama, Japan and Akira Yoshida(12 - 9(1) - 7) from Yokohama, Japan.  Both Omura and Yoshida weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jiro Tsukamoto, and the three ringside judges are Yuji Uchiyama, Takeshi Murakami and Nori Sato.  

Round 1: 

Omura hits home with a cross.  
Omura attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action and gives Yoshida time to recover.
