Oscar Craigen vs Dave Cromartie

Boxing Daily Report from the Skol Promotions promoted show at Manukau Patihana, Manukau,  taking place on 30/12/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Oscar Craigen (13(10) - 0 - 1) who hails from Manukau, New Zealand and Dave Cromartie(1 - 3) from Auckland, New Zealand.  Craigen weighed in at 126 pounds, while Cromartie weighed in at 125 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Kyle Stine, and the three ringside judges are John Cole, Henry Edmonston and Oliver Ngarongomate.  

Round 1: 

Craigen is on target with a left hook to Cromartie's body.  
Craigen hits home with a left hook.  
Cromartie throws a right hook, but Craigen ties up his opponent.  Craigen is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Craigen about fouling.  
Craigen lands a left uppercut to the head, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Cromartie quickly recovers. 
Craigen forces Cromartie to back into the corner.  Craigen connects with a right hook.  
Cromartie throws a right hook, but Craigen clinches his opponent.  Cromartie leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Craigen is on target with a left hook.  Craigen ties up his opponent.  Craigen leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Craigen walks Cromartie onto the ropes.  Craigen drives a sharp left hook into Cromartie's liver.

Cromartie is getting frustrated here.   He steps inside, but then strikes Craigen with his head!  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.  The ref halts the action and sends Craigen to the neutral corner.    He has a stern word with Cromartie and warns that a point will be deducted if he continues to foul.  
Craigen lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Craigen drives a big cross into Cromartie's body.  IT LOOKS LIKE CROMARTIE WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Craigen closes the distance.  Craigen thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Cromartie away.  Craigen lands a right uppercut followed by  two left uppercuts to his opponents body, AND DROPS CROMARTIE TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  It looks like Cromartie has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Craigen lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Cromartie quickly recovers. 
Craigen walks Cromartie down, trapping him in a corner.  Craigen lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Craigen EXPLODES a MASSIVE left uppercut into his opponents face.  CROMARTIE IS HURT!  
Cromartie could be stopped here, if Craigen can find the right shot!  Craigen connects with a WICKED left uppercut.  CROMARTIE IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  HE TRIES TO RISE BUT HIS LEGS DONT RESPOND...THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Craigen!
