Phil McCoubrey vs Danny De Vita

Boxing Daily Report from the Gore Promotions promoted show at Gore Gym, Boston,  taking place on 17/12/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Phil McCoubrey (3 - 0) who hails from Boston, USA and Danny De Vita(0 - 1) from New York City, USA.  Both McCoubrey and De Vita weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hugh Hier, and the three ringside judges are Charles Keath, Ian Noble and Denton Malone.  

Round 1: 

De Vita pivots to the left of his opponent.  McCoubrey lands a jab.  
De Vita lands a right hook.  
De Vita switches the action to the outside and connects with a cross.

McCoubrey throws a right uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
McCoubrey manouvers his opponent into the corner.  De Vita tries to land a right uppercut, but McCoubrey parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
De Vita steps to the outside and lands a jab.  
McCoubrey is looking to close the distance and walks De Vita into a corner.  McCoubrey lands a right hook followed by  two left uppercuts to his opponents head.  
McCoubrey lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head.  
De Vita tries to step out of his opponents range and lands an overhand right.  
McCoubrey gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
McCoubrey advances into close range and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.

McCoubrey closes the distance.  McCoubrey throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends De Vita to the neutral corner.  He warns McCoubrey that he could be heading for a point deduction.
