Zelipe Mejias vs Joaquin Escalera

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Peru-Lima promoted show at Coliseo Mauro Mina 'La Bombonera', Lima,  taking place on 01/01/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Peru-Lima Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Zelipe Mejias (7 - 24(1) - 2) who hails from Lima, Peru and Joaquin Escalera(7 - 12 - 3) from Lima, Peru.  Mejias weighed in at 199 pounds and 12 ounces, while Escalera weighed in at 199 pounds and 1 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ramiro Bautista, and the three ringside judges are Frisco Calle, Jax Amaro and Joaquin Gomez.
