Paul Gonzalez vs Mick Rincon

Boxing Daily Report from the Cowboys promoted show at El Paso Stackpole, El Paso,  taking place on 06/01/2034:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Texas Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Paul Gonzalez (11 - 11 - 4 - 1(NC)) who hails from Austin, USA and Mick Rincon(15 - 12 - 3) from San Antonio, USA.  Gonzalez weighed in at 107 pounds and 4 ounces, while Rincon weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Paul Mings, and the three ringside judges are Bradley Lynne, Rob Greenshields and Dale Holmes.  

Round 1: 

Rincon hits home with a left uppercut.  
Gonzalez advances into close range and manouvers his opponent into the corner.  Gonzalez is on target with a left hook.  
Gonzalez tries to keep the action at long range and is on target with a jab.  
Gonzalez closes the distance.  Rincon lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Rincon lands a left uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  
Rincon leans back on the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Gonzalez accepts the invitation, throwing powerful combos, but is unable to land anything on Rincon.  
Rincon connects with an overhand left.  
Gonzalez hits home with a left hook.  
Rincon switches the action to the outside.  Gonzalez connects with a cross.  
Gonzalez feints a left hook, but Rincon ignores the feint and is on target with a cross.  
Gonzalez is looking to keep the action on the outside and finds the target with a jab.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Gonzalez's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Rincon's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
