Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at University of the Sunshine Coast, Sunshine Coast,  taking place on 14/01/2034:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Danny Yarwood (2 - 0) who hails from Brisbane, Australia and Peter Ord(9 - 11(1) - 1) from Melbourne, Australia.  Both Yarwood and Ord weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Charlie Cacciari, and the three ringside judges are Scott Martin, Dave Evan and Rex Blair.

Ord steps inside.  Yarwood is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  Yarwood clinches his opponent.  Yarwood leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Yarwood uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Ord behind the head. The ref breaks Yarwood's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Yarwood steps away from his opponent.  Ord feints a jab, but Yarwood is not fooled and responds with a BRUTAL right hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE ORD WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Ord almost instantly gets his legs back.

Frustration is starting to boil over for Ord now.   He turns Yarwood and throws an uppercut into his opponents groin area!  The ref tells Ord to keep his punches above the belt.  He gives Yarwood time to recover.  
Yarwood EXPLODES a CRUSHING cross into his opponents face.  IT LOOKS LIKE ORD WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Ord is not able to stop any of these shots...he looks in trouble...the ref steps in and stops the action!  He says its over!  The winner by TKO is Yarwood!
