Ulises Vegas vs Diego Orellana

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Argentina-San Juan promoted show at Ponce Monsanto Gym, San Juan,  taking place on 17/01/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Argentina-San Juan Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ulises Vegas (12 - 6(1) - 2) who hails from San Juan, Argentina and Diego Orellana(24(6) - 9(4)) from San Juan, Argentina.  Both Vegas and Orellana weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nemesio Colmenero, and the three ringside judges are Carlos Robaina, Rodrigo Escoto and Diego Alvidrez.  

Round 1: 

Orellana is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.

Orellana is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Orellana dabs at his face checking for damage.

The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Orellana has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.
