Boxing Daily Report from the AI Australia-New South Wales promoted show at Sydney Whitestone, Sydney,  taking place on 28/01/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are David Martie (8(4) - 0 - 1(NC)) who hails from Townsville, Australia and Billy McOsker(6 - 7 - 2) from Melbourne, Australia.  Martie weighed in at 146 pounds and 15 ounces, while McOsker weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kai Hanigan, and the three ringside judges are Bart Aday, Richard Nessmith and Neil Malis.  

Round 1: 

Martie is looking to close the distance and lands a left uppercut to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  McOsker almost instantly gets his legs back.

Martie throws a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot.  Martie ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Martie pushes his forearm into McOsker's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Martie to stop fouling.  
McOsker tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Martie advances into close range and manouvers McOsker into a corner.  McOsker hits home with a right hook.  
Martie digs in a right uppercut to McOsker's body.  
Martie lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Martie clinches his opponent.  Martie leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Martie's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Martie lands a right hook to the body, a right uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Martie throws a right hook, but the shot is blocked.  Martie ties up his opponent.  Martie is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Martie is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Martie lands a big right hook.  MCOSKER IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  McOsker now seems to have his senses back.

Martie is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Martie lands a right hook, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents head, AND DOWN GOES MCOSKER!  He fails to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Martie!
