Garrin Apt vs Vid Sauser

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Germany-North Rhine-Westphalia promoted show at Dusseldorf Bickelhaupt, Dusseldorf,  taking place on 25/01/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Germany-North Rhine-Westphalia Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Garrin Apt (12(8) - 0) who hails from Bochum, Germany and Vid Sauser(21 - 8 - 3) from Cologne, Germany.  Apt weighed in at 139 pounds and 9 ounces, while Sauser weighed in at 139 pounds and 2 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Wilmer Krings, and the three ringside judges are Ferdinand Schellinger, Kristian Krusemark and Spangler Samberg.  

Round 1: 

Apt advances into close range and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.  
Apt steps inside and throws a right hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Apt clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Apt pushes his forearm into Sauser's face.  The referee warns Apt and breaks the clinch.  
Apt is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the head and a right hook to the body.

Apt finds the target with a stiff jab.

Apt drives a firm left hook into his opponents body.  SAUSER WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Sauser recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Sauser throws a right hook, but Apt holds on to his opponent.  Apt is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Apt sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Apt is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  Apt holds on to his opponent.  Apt is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Apt and breaks the clinch.  
Apt lands a right hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a right hook to the body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Sauser recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Apt lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  He then lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Sauser's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Sauser's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Round 2: 

Apt is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a right hook to the body.  
Apt manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Apt lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Sauser almost instantly recovers. 
Apt hits home with a sharp right hook.  
Apt gets on the inside and drives a right uppercut into Sauser's body.  
Apt lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body, AND SENDS SAUSER SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  Apt ties up his opponent.  Apt leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Apt's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Sauser is looking to keep his distance and tries to land an overhand right, but Apt blocks the shot and counters with a solid right hook to Sauser's ribcage.  
The right shot from Apt could be enough to force the stoppage!  Apt lands a left uppercut to the body, a cross to the head and a right hook to the body.  He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  Sauser now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Apt is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Apt clinches his opponent.  Apt leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Apt cuts off the ring, trapping Sauser in the corner.  Apt lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Apt whips in a mean left uppercut to Sauser's body.  SAUSER WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Apt knows it could take just a few clean shots to force the stoppage.  Apt slams a hurtful right uppercut into Sauser's ribs.  DOWN GOES SAUSER!  He is back up on his feet at 9.  It looks like Sauser has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Apt drives a firm right hook into his opponents body.  
Apt lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Apt lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body, AND KNOCKS SAUSER DOWN!  The ref immediately waves off the fight...he's seen enough!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Apt!
