Joseph Dallas vs Duncan Hannahs

Boxing Daily Report from the Eddie Burns promoted show at Los Angeles Troup, Los Angeles,  taking place on 26/01/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-California Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joseph Dallas (5 - 2) who hails from Fresno, USA and Duncan Hannahs(26(17) - 4) from Anaheim, USA.  Both Dallas and Hannahs weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yasin Hashemi, and the three ringside judges are Robert Juarez, Oliver Craddock and Daniel Weir.  

Round 1: 

Hannahs advances into close range and hits home with a left uppercut.  
Hannahs sidesteps to the left of his opponent and hits home with a solid left hook.  
Hannahs digs in a sharp left uppercut to his opponents liver.  Hannahs ties up his opponent.  Hannahs is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Hannahs and breaks the clinch.  
Hannahs lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Hannahs ties up his opponent.  Hannahs leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Hannahs throws a left uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot.  Hannahs holds on to his opponent.  Hannahs leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Dallas switches the action to the outside and attempts to land a jab, but Hannahs slips the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
Dallas switches the action to the outside and finds the target with a jab.  
Hannahs is looking to close the distance and drives a left hook into Dallas's body.  
Hannahs quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and hits home with a solid left hook.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Hannahs dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Hannahs manouvers his opponent into the blue corner.  Hannahs lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Hannahs sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right uppercut.  
Hannahs hits home with a stinging right uppercut.  
Hannahs pivots from in front of his opponent and is on target with a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Hannahs manages to force Dallas into the blue corner.  Hannahs is on target with a solid left hook to Dallas's ribs.  
Hannahs lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Hannahs lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Hannahs clinches his opponent.  Hannahs is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Dallas is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands an overhand right.  
Hannahs closes the distance and lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body.  
Hannahs lands a left uppercut.  
Hannahs closes the distance and walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Hannahs lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  Hannahs holds on to his opponent.  Hannahs leans on his opponent using all his weight. Hannahs is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Hannahs to stop fouling.

Dallas switches the action to the outside.  Hannahs drops his hands, and waves his opponent in.  Dallas tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Hannahs closes the distance and lands a left uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  
Hannahs hits home with a firm left hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Dallas's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Dallas's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Dallas's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

Hannahs lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Dallas steps away from his opponent and tries to land a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a sharp left hook.  
Hannahs advances into close range and lands a solid left hook.  
Hannahs forces Dallas to back into the corner.  Hannahs lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Hannahs lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Hannahs is on target with a stinging right hook.  
Hannahs lands a right uppercut to the body, a right hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Hannahs lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  Hannahs clinches his opponent.  Hannahs is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Hannahs connects with a sharp left uppercut.  
Hannahs lands a big left hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE DALLAS WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Dallas now seems to have got his legs back.

Hannahs is on target with a big right hook.  DALLAS IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  HE UNSTEADILY TRIES TO GET UP BUT IS UNABLE TO BEAT THE 10 COUNT!  The winner by KO is Hannahs!
