Diego Mazon vs Alejandro Cortes

Boxing Daily Report from the Kwofie Promotions promoted show at Tijuana Sanches, Tijuana,  taking place on 27/01/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Baja California Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Diego Mazon (5 - 10 - 1) who hails from Ensenada, Mexico and Alejandro Cortes(4 - 10 - 2) from Mexicali, Mexico.  Mazon weighed in at 199 pounds and 12 ounces, while Cortes weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Miguel Campoverde, and the three ringside judges are Porfio Rodriguez, Senon Andrada and Rodrigo Moreno.
