Jose Peres vs Pedro Torralba

Boxing Daily Report from the Darbenyan Promotions promoted show at Jose Ruano Gym, Acapulco,  taking place on 28/01/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Guerrero Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jose Peres (9 - 8(2) - 2) who hails from Acapulco, Mexico and Pedro Torralba(18(4) - 1(1) - 1) from Acapulco, Mexico.  Both Peres and Torralba weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fidel Molina, and the three ringside judges are Cortez Armijo, Xeres Hermosillo and Lorenzo Tomey.  

Round 1: 

Torralba steps inside.  Torralba sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Torralba lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Torralba ties up his opponent.  Torralba throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. As they grapple, Torralba pushes his forearm into Peres's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
