Borya Stepka vs Lee Slatter

Boxing Daily Report from the RCB promoted show at Manchester Arena, Manchester,  taking place on 16/02/2034:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the IRBF Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Borya Boyraco Stepka (21(14) - 9(5) - 1) who hails from Donetsk, Ukraine and Lee Slatter(35 - 7(5)) from New Kingston, Jamaica.  Both Stepka and Slatter weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Robert Goff, and the three ringside judges are Gareth Baldy, Mel Starratt and Ronald McCauley.  

Round 1: 

Stepka tries to land a jab, but Slatter dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
Slatter is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.
