Malcolm Carnegie vs Ivan Cea

Boxing Daily Report from the RCB promoted show at Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas,  taking place on 24/02/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Malcolm The Storm Carnegie (18(8) - 0) who hails from Edinburgh, UK and Ivan Cea(20 - 17(14) - 1) from Mendoza, Argentina.  Both Carnegie and Cea weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mike Faulkner, and the three ringside judges are Danny Doctor, Waqar Othman and Ollie Latta.  

Round 1: 

Carnegie gets on the inside.  Carnegie quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Carnegie is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  Carnegie ties up his opponent.  Carnegie leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Carnegie's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  Carnegie tries to land a left uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Carnegie lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left uppercut to the body.  
Carnegie lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Carnegie advances into close range and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Carnegie lands a left uppercut to the body, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  Carnegie holds on to his opponent.  Carnegie is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Carnegie.  
Cea quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Carnegie is on target with a jab.  
Carnegie is looking to close the distance.  Cea throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref ignores Carnegie's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Carnegie is on target with a solid right hook to Cea's body.  
Cea is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Carnegie lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Carnegie steps inside.  Carnegie throws a left hook, but his opponent avoids the shot.  Carnegie clinches his opponent.  Carnegie is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Carnegie drives a sharp right hook into Cea's body.  Carnegie attempts to land a right uppercut, but Cea sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Carnegie is looking to close the distance and drives a stinging right hook into his opponents body.  
Carnegie attempts to land a right hook, but Cea slips the shot and counters with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Cea steps away from his opponent.  Carnegie sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Cea hits home with a cross.  
Carnegie lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Carnegie gets on the inside.  Cea pivots to the side of his opponent.  Cea throws a right hook, but Carnegie clinches his opponent.  Carnegie leans on his opponent using all his weight. Cea pushes his forearm into Carnegie's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Cea.  
Cea throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Cea lands a left uppercut, cross and a jab to his opponents head.  
Cea walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Cea pivots from in front of his opponent and is on target with a cross.  
Carnegie gets on the inside.  Cea sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Carnegie lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Carnegie lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Cea is on target with a left hook.  
Carnegie steps inside and drives a solid right uppercut into his opponents body.  
Cea drives a left hook into his opponents body.  Cea tries to land a left uppercut, but Carnegie blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Cea's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Cea's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Carnegie digs in a right hook to Cea's ribs.  Carnegie ties up his opponent.  Carnegie leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Carnegie's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Carnegie lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  Carnegie tries to land a left hook, but Cea blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Carnegie lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Carnegie gets on the inside.  Cea pivots to the right of his opponent.  Cea throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a firm left uppercut.  
Carnegie connects with a forceful left uppercut.  IT LOOKS LIKE CEA WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Cea quickly recovers. 
Carnegie advances into close range and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Carnegie lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Carnegie clinches his opponent.  Carnegie is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Carnegie is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Carnegie lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He then lands a left hook followed by  two right hooks to his opponents body, DROPPING CEA TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 5.  
Carnegie lands a right uppercut to the body, a right hook to the head and a right hook to the body, AND SENDS CEA SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  It looks like Cea has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Carnegie gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Carnegie lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head, AND DOWN GOES CEA!  The ref does not even bother with the count...he's seen enough!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Carnegie!
