Vicente Sotomayor vs Reynaldo Chavarria

Boxing Daily Report from the Njovu Promotions promoted show at Njovu Gym, Valencia,  taking place on 07/08/2021:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Venezuela Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Meridiano TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Vicente Sotomayor (4 - 3 - 2) who hails from Valencia, Venezuela and Reynaldo Chavarria(7 - 0) from Maracaibo, Venezuela.  Both Sotomayor and Chavarria weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Xabat Valentin, and the three ringside judges are Olindo Linan, Vicente Quintanar and Xabat Valentin.  

Round 1: 

Chavarria lands a jab to the body followed by a cross to the head.
