Aoi Soda vs Kazuki Kawata

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Kyoto promoted show at Kyoto Maekawa, Kyoto,  taking place on 30/01/2034:

Clearly AI Japan-Kyoto have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Kyoto Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Aoi Soda (18(7) - 0) who hails from Kyoto, Japan and Kazuki Kawata(24(3) - 5(1)) from Kyoto, Japan.  Soda weighed in at 112 pounds, while Kawata weighed in at 112 pounds And 15 ounces.    As Kawata came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the titles on the line tonight.  
The referee tonight is Kenji Fujimoto, and the three ringside judges are Takeshi Shimizu, Mikio Nagata and Fumio Aki.

Soda steps back and leans on the ropes with his guard up.  Kawata accepts the invitation, throwing powerful combos, but is unable to land anything on Soda.  Kawata lands a cross to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Kawata steps inside.  Kawata sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Soda hits home with a left uppercut.  
Kawata connects with a left hook.  
Soda switches the action to the outside and hits home with a stiff jab.  
Soda finds the target with a hard jab.  
Soda lands with a ramrod jab.

Soda lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Soda steps away from his opponent and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Kawata quickly recovers. 
Kawata is looking to close the distance and tries to land a right uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.

Kawata lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  Kawata tries to land a left uppercut, but Soda slips the shot and counters with a FIERCE left uppercut.  KAWATA IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 7.
