Ian Mein vs Ewan Buros

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, Gold Coast,  taking place on 04/03/2034:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ian Mein (3(2) - 1(1)) who hails from Brisbane, Australia and Ewan Buros(13 - 7 - 2) from Perth, Australia.  Both Mein and Buros weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Corey Pait, and the three ringside judges are Leon Kellar, Ewan Duffy and Corey Pait.  

Round 1: 

Buros tries to step out of his opponents range.  Buros feints a right hook, but Mein is not fooled and is on target with a right uppercut.  
Mein lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Mein walks Buros into a corner.  Mein throws a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot.  Mein clinches his opponent.  Mein pushes his forearm into Buros's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Mein about fouling.  
Mein drives a firm right hook into his opponents body.  
Mein closes the distance.  Buros tries to land a right hook, but Mein parries the shot and counters with a firm left uppercut.  
Mein digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  Mein holds on to his opponent.  Mein leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Mein manouvers his opponent into the blue corner.  Mein lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Mein is looking to close the distance and hits home with a solid right uppercut.  Mein holds on to his opponent.  Mein leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Buros hits home with a right hook.

Mein gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He then lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Mein gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a left uppercut to the head.  
Mein lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.

Mein advances into close range and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.

Mein manages to force Buros into a corner.  Mein stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Mein lands consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents body.  He then lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body, AND DOWN GOES BUROS!  He isnt going to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Mein!
