Ollie Stevison vs Kris Egerton

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Club The Moon, Tallahassee,  taking place on 22/04/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ollie Stevison (11(6) - 1) who hails from Louisville, USA and Kris Egerton(24 - 16(5)) from Charlotte, USA.  Stevison weighed in at 147 pounds, while Egerton weighed in at 146 pounds and 1 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Cole Ghant, and the three ringside judges are David Carias, Vince Wood and Xaverius Vea.  

Round 1: 

Stevison is on target with a jab.  
Stevison is looking to close the distance and throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps.  Stevison ties up his opponent.  Stevison is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Stevison about fouling.  
Stevison sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a cross to the head, a jab to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Stevison gets on the inside and lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Stevison ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Stevison pushes his forearm into Egerton's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Stevison.  
Stevison lands a cross.  
Egerton is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Stevison lands an overhand left.  
Stevison steps inside.  Egerton throws a left hook, but Stevison ties up his opponent.  Stevison leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Stevison is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Stevison lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Stevison lands a right hook, left hook and a right hook to his opponents body.  
Stevison forces Egerton to retreat into the corner.  Stevison sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a cross to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Stevison is looking to close the distance and lands a right uppercut followed by  two right hooks to his opponents body.  
Stevison lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  Stevison holds on to his opponent.  Stevison leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Stevison's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Egerton throws a left hook, but Stevison holds on to his opponent.  Stevison is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Stevison feints a jab, and then connects with a cross.  
Egerton is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Stevison feints a cross, tricking Egerton into countering with a right uppercut.  Stevison is waiting for the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Stevison lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Stevison closes the distance.  Stevison drives a sharp right hook into Egerton's body.  As Egerton tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Stevison dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Egerton attempts to land a right hook, but Stevison parries the shot and counters with a right hook to Egerton's body.  
Stevison closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He continues the combination and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Stevison is looking to close the distance.  Egerton throws a left hook, but Stevison ties up his opponent.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Stevison lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Egerton is looking to keep his distance.  Stevison is on target with a cross.  
Stevison advances into close range and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Stevison walks his opponent into a corner.  Stevison pivots to the left of his opponent.  Egerton throws a left uppercut, but Stevison ties up his opponent.  Stevison hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Stevison.  
Stevison sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Stevison attempts to land a left hook, but Egerton blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Egerton's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Egerton's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Egerton's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Egerton attempts to land a jab, but Stevison slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Stevison lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Stevison lands a left hook to the body, a cross to the head and a jab to the head.  
Egerton hits home with a cross.  
Egerton sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Stevison lands a left hook to the body followed by a jab to the head.  
Stevison closes the distance and digs in a left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Stevison gets on the inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Stevison lands a right uppercut followed by  two left hooks to his opponents body.  
Stevison walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Stevison lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Stevison lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Stevison thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Egerton away.  Stevison lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body, AND EGERTON IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  
Stevison lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  He then lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND DROPS EGERTON!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  
Stevison lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body, AND DOWN GOES EGERTON!  The ref does not give Egerton the chance to beat the count...The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Stevison!
