Chris Rankine vs Ovidio Cossio

Boxing Daily Report from the Phantom Fights promoted show at Tait McKenzie Centre, Toronto,  taking place on 07/03/2034:

Clearly Phantom Fights have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Chris Rankine (3 - 0) who hails from Calgary, Canada and Ovidio Cossio(12 - 8 - 2) from Guayaquil, Ecuador.  Rankine weighed in at 130 pounds, while Cossio weighed in at 129 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Arnie Waddey, and the three ringside judges are Michael Nickson, Stuart Gavin and Rob Murray.  

Round 1: 

Rankine quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Cossio throws a right hook, but Rankine holds on to his opponent.  Rankine leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Rankine's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Cossio steps inside.  Rankine pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.

Cossio walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Rankine attempts to land a jab, but Cossio blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.
