Boxing Daily Report from the South African Boxers promoted show at Independence Stadium, Lusaka,  taking place on 06/04/2034:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Eastern African Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ZNBC, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Lavaughn Kapumpa (18(5) - 0) who hails from Kitwe, Zambia and Verlyn Watiyakeni(36(16) - 8(2) - 2) from Kitwe, Zambia.  Both Kapumpa and Watiyakeni weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rashon Mwanawasa, and the three ringside judges are Ben Chiputa, Roshaun Mooka and Luister Sitwala.
