Boxing Daily Report from the AI Bolivia-Santa Cruz promoted show at Santa Cruz de la Sie Barranco, Santa Cruz de la Sierra,  taking place on 19/03/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Bolivia-Santa Cruz Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jaguar Bailon (11(7) - 4(2)) who hails from Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia and Oihane Quiroz(14 - 3 - 5) from Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia.  Bailon weighed in at 125 pounds And 15 ounces, while Quiroz weighed in at 126 pounds And 10 ounces.    As Quiroz came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Alejandro Bermudez, and the three ringside judges are Juan Vea, Juan Vea and Juan Rosero.  

Round 1: 

Bailon is looking to close the distance and digs in a firm left uppercut to Quiroz's liver.  
Bailon closes the distance and cuts off the ring, trapping Quiroz in the red corner.  Bailon pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Bailon quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Bailon lands a right hook to the body, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head.  Bailon clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Bailon pushes his forearm into Quiroz's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Bailon about fouling.  
Bailon is on target with a firm left hook to Quiroz's liver.  
Quiroz steps to the outside.  Bailon lands a stinging overhand left.  
Quiroz quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Bailon lands a firm cross.  
Bailon advances into close range and hits home with a firm left uppercut.  
Bailon is on target with a right hook.  
Bailon throws a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Bailon digs in a solid left hook to Quiroz's body.  Bailon ties up his opponent.  Bailon leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Bailon lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the head.  
Quiroz throws a left hook, but Bailon ties up his opponent.  Bailon is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Bailon closes the distance and digs in a right hook to Quiroz's body.  
Bailon lands a left hook to the head followed by two right hook's to the body.  
Bailon hits home with a right hook.  
Bailon manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Bailon lands a right hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left uppercut to the head.  
Bailon gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Quiroz almost instantly recovers. 
Bailon tries to land a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Bailon hits home with a left hook.  
Bailon forces Quiroz to back into the corner.  Bailon lands a left hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Bailon lands a right hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the body, AND DROPS QUIROZ TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 9.  
Bailon senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Bailon slams a hurtful left hook into Quiroz's body.  QUIROZ IS DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Quiroz's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Quiroz's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Bailon lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Quiroz almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Bailon gets on the inside and is on target with a right hook to Quiroz's body.  
Bailon steps inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND DROPS QUIROZ TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  Quiroz recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Bailon sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a stinging left uppercut to Quiroz's body.  QUIROZ IS HURT!  Quiroz almost instantly recovers. 
Bailon forces Quiroz to retreat onto the ropes.  Bailon lands two consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Bailon lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Quiroz recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Quiroz finds the target with a jab.  
Bailon is on target with a firm left hook to his opponents ribs.

Bailon digs in a powerful right hook to Quiroz's body.  QUIROZ IS DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  
Bailon thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Quiroz away.  Bailon lands a right uppercut, right hook and a right uppercut to his opponents body, AND DOWN GOES QUIROZ!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 7.  It looks like Quiroz has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Bailon lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!
