Woo-young Joe vs Michael MacIver

Boxing Daily Report from the Sumito Urayama's KO Kings promoted show at Masan Indoor Gymnasium, Changwon,  taking place on 09/04/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Woo-young G.I. Joe (22(12) - 3(2) - 1) who hails from Gwangju, South Korea and Michael MacIver(21 - 11(3) - 1) from Dublin, Ireland.  Joe weighed in at 118 pounds, while MacIver weighed in at 117 pounds And 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Yong-jae Ham, and the three ringside judges are Eun-sun Bang, Se-jong Kang and Hyun-soo Choung.  

Round 1: 

MacIver steps away from his opponent.  Joe lands a cross.  
Joe lands a cross.  
Joe closes the distance and throws a left uppercut, but his opponent steps away from the punch.  Joe ties up his opponent.  MacIver leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
MacIver is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands two jabs followed by an overhand right to his opponents head.  
MacIver connects with a right hook.  
MacIver is looking to keep his distance and connects with a cross.  
MacIver feints a cross, and then attempts to land a jab, but Joe sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Joe steps inside and lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  Joe holds on to his opponent.  Joe is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Joe about fouling.  
MacIver steps to the outside.  MacIver feints a left, and then lands a jab.  
Joe is looking to close the distance.  MacIver attempts to land a left hook, but Joe sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
MacIver steps away from his opponent and lands a ramrod jab.  
Joe lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Joe gets on the inside and throws a right uppercut, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Joe ties up his opponent.  Joe leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Joe's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
MacIver is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Joe lands an overhand right.  
Joe gets on the inside and is on target with a firm right hook to his opponents body.  
Joe lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Joe digs in a left uppercut to MacIver's liver.  
Joe sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a firm left hook.  
MacIver connects with a left hook.  MacIver attempts to land a left hook, but Joe dodges the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
MacIver hits home with a cross.  
Joe lands a jab to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  Joe throws a jab, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Joe lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Joe lands a right hook, left hook and a right hook to his opponents body, AND MACIVER IS DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  MacIver recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Joe finds the target with a stinging jab.  
Joe advances into close range and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
MacIver lands a solid jab.  MacIver throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a sharp cross.  
Joe lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
MacIver switches the action to the outside and throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook to MacIver's ribs.  
MacIver is looking to keep his distance.  Joe lands a cross.  
Joe advances into close range and walks his opponent down, trapping him in the blue corner.  Joe lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Joe throws a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right hook.  
MacIver drives a right hook into his opponents ribs.  
Joe lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Joe lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body.

Joe steps inside and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Joe ties up his opponent.  MacIver tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Joe behind the head. The referee warns MacIver and breaks the clinch.  
Joe lands a left uppercut, left hook and a left uppercut to his opponents body.  Joe clinches his opponent.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Joe cuts off the ring, trapping MacIver in the corner.  MacIver tries to land a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
MacIver steps away from his opponent and attempts to land a jab, but Joe sidesteps and counters with a stinging right hook.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...MacIver's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  MacIver's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.

MacIver pivots to the side of his opponent.  Joe digs in a potent left hook to his opponents body.  IT LOOKS LIKE MACIVER WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  MacIver almost instantly recovers. 
Joe forces MacIver to back into the ropes.  MacIver throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
MacIver is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
MacIver lands a solid jab.  
Joe steps inside and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Joe holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, MacIver pushes his forearm into Joe's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures MacIver about fouling.  
MacIver is looking to keep his distance.  Joe is on target with a firm cross.
