Nils Magnus vs Rune Hoeg

Boxing Daily Report from the Ten Bob Note Promotions promoted show at Copenhagen Aagaard, Copenhagen,  taking place on 20/03/2034:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Denmark-Region Hovedstaden Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nils Magnus (14(7) - 2(2)) who hails from Copenhagen, Denmark and Rune Hoeg(3 - 13 - 2) from Copenhagen, Denmark.  Both Magnus and Hoeg weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ulster Hatke, and the three ringside judges are Dyre Strom, Kolby Binger and Frey Strand.  

Round 1: 

Magnus finds the target with a ramrod jab.  
Magnus feints a left, and then lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a cross, overhand left and a jab to his opponents head.  
Magnus lands an overhand left followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Magnus lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Hoeg is looking to close the distance.  Magnus pivots from in front of his opponent and digs in a right uppercut to Hoeg's ribs.  
Magnus tries to step out of his opponents range.  Magnus quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a sharp cross.  
Magnus is on target with a stinging cross to his opponents body.  
Magnus lands an overhand right, jab and a cross to his opponents head.

Hoeg closes the distance and cuts off the ring, trapping Magnus on the ropes.  Hoeg throws a left uppercut, but Magnus ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Magnus pushes his forearm into Hoeg's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Magnus.  
Magnus switches the action to the outside and hits home with a cross.  
Magnus lands a jab, overhand right and a cross to his opponents head.  Magnus tries to land a cross, but Hoeg blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Magnus feints a right hook, and then lands a stinging overhand right.  
Magnus is on target with a right hook to Hoeg's body.  
Hoeg is looking to close the distance.  Magnus lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  Magnus ties up his opponent.  Magnus leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Magnus tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Hoeg behind the head. The ref breaks Magnus's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Magnus steps away from his opponent and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Magnus lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Magnus lands an overhand right followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
Hoeg closes the distance.  Magnus lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Magnus switches the action to the outside and lands a solid cross.  
Hoeg cuts off the ring, trapping Magnus on the ropes.  Magnus is on target with a left hook.  
Magnus tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a stinging cross.  
Magnus feints a jab, and then lands two jabs followed by an overhand right to his opponents head.  
Hoeg is looking to close the distance.  Magnus sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Magnus lands a left hook.  Magnus ties up his opponent.  Magnus leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Magnus switches the action to the outside and lands a solid cross to his opponents body.

Magnus feints a jab, fooling Hoeg into launching a right hook counter.  Magnus avoids the shot and counters with a sharp left hook.  
Magnus sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a double jab to his opponents head.

Hoeg is looking to close the distance.  Magnus lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Magnus tries to land a right hook, but Hoeg blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  Hoeg recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Magnus is looking to keep his distance and connects with a solid cross.

Magnus feints a right hook, but Hoeg does not fall for it and is on target with a left hook to Magnus's body.  
Magnus sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a jab followed by  two overhand rights to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Hoeg quickly recovers. 
Magnus feints a jab, and then hits home with a telling cross.  HOEG IS HURT!  
The right shot from Magnus could be enough to force the stoppage!  Magnus connects with a hurtful left uppercut.  HOEG HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  HE REMAINS ON THE CANVAS AS THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Magnus!
