Evgeny Lapshin vs Viktor Shutkov

Boxing Daily Report from the Tamanyan Promotions promoted show at Nikolai Moiseychenkov Gym, Saratov,  taking place on 28/03/2034:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Saratov Oblast Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Evgeny Lapshin (14 - 17(1) - 6) who hails from Engels, Russia and Viktor Shutkov(25 - 11(2)) from Saratov, Russia.  Both Lapshin and Shutkov weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gennady Duboff, and the three ringside judges are Fedor Tverdovsky, Daniil Sobolev and Fedor Tverdovsky.
