Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Brisbane,  taking place on 01/04/2034:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Oceania Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are John Lay (25(9) - 11(10) - 1) who hails from Perth, Australia and Corey McCaskill(15 - 6(1) - 1(NC)) from Newcastle, Australia.  Both Lay and McCaskill weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mel Culp, and the three ringside judges are Robert Reekie, Sammy Feamster and William Sangster.
