Rodrigo Jasmin vs Kei Ikeda

Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Olympic Stadium, Montreal,  taking place on 06/05/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rodrigo Jasmin (23(23) - 2(2) - 1) who hails from Mejicanos, El Salvador and Kei Ikeda(35(18) - 3(2)) from Amagasaki, Japan.  Both Jasmin and Ikeda weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Briant Sarraute, and the three ringside judges are Destin Dauphin, Aaron Henry and Jean-Baptiste Camus.  

Round 1: 

Ikeda advances into close range and drives a left hook into Jasmin's liver.  
Jasmin lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Jasmin hits home with a cross.  
Ikeda advances into close range.  Jasmin lands two left hook's to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Jasmin switches the action to the outside.  Ikeda sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a solid cross.  
Ikeda steps inside and drives a left uppercut into his opponents body.  
Jasmin hits home with a right hook.  
Jasmin switches the action to the outside and hits the target with a ramrod jab.  
Jasmin finds the target with a jab.  
Ikeda advances into close range and attempts to land a left hook, but Jasmin blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Jasmin switches the action to the outside.  Ikeda throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Ikeda is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook.  
Jasmin lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Ikeda quickly recovers. 
Jasmin steps away from his opponent and lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Some sustained pressure from Jasmin could be enough to finish Ikeda!  Jasmin lands a cross, right hook and a cross to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS IKEDA DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  Ikeda now seems to have got his legs back.  
Ikeda steps inside and walks Jasmin down, trapping him in the blue corner.  Ikeda lands a left uppercut, right uppercut and a left hook to his opponents head.  Ikeda throws a right uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a WICKED left uppercut.  IKEDA WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Ikeda almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Jasmin is on target with a right hook.  
Jasmin lands with a ramrod jab.  
Ikeda is on target with a stinging cross.  
Jasmin steps away from his opponent.  Jasmin drops his guard, and stalks his opponent...he wants his opponent to throw a shot.  Ikeda tries to land a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Ikeda feints a jab, and then lands a cross to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Ikeda digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  
Jasmin is looking to keep his distance.  Ikeda tries to land a cross, but Jasmin dodges the shot and counters with a FIERCE right hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE IKEDA WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Jasmin knows it could take just a few clean shots to force the stoppage.  Jasmin lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head, KNOCKING IKEDA DOWN!  He manages to get up at 7.  Ikeda now seems to have got his legs back.  
Jasmin tries to step out of his opponents range.  Ikeda is on target with a cross.  Ikeda tries to land a jab, but Jasmin blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Ikeda drops his hands, and waves his opponent in.  Jasmin attempts to land a jab, but Ikeda sidesteps and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Jasmin connects with a mean overhand right.  IKEDA IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  THE COUNT REACHES 10, BUT IKEDA IS UNABLE TO GET UP!  The winner by KO is Jasmin!
