Santiago Poma vs Javier Prudencio

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Dominican Republic-Puerto Plata promoted show at Puerto Plata Gym, San Felipe de Puerto Plata,  taking place on 19/04/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Dominican Republic-Puerto Plata Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Santiago Poma (2 - 11 - 2) who hails from San Felipe de Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic and Javier Prudencio(22(2) - 3(1) - 5) from San Felipe de Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic.  Poma weighed in at 140 pounds And 10 ounces, while Prudencio weighed in at 140 pounds.    As Poma came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Diego Pino, and the three ringside judges are Macario Bartolome, Santiago Quiles and Jose Corbo.
