Morgan Griff vs Malcolm Brand

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Hialeah Chirino, Hialeah,  taking place on 20/04/2034:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Florida Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Morgan Griff (23 - 16(3) - 5) who hails from Cape Coral, USA and Malcolm Brand(18 - 28(8) - 4) from Pembroke Pines, USA.  Griff weighed in at 244 pounds and 11 ounces, while Brand weighed in at 237 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Daniel Wright, and the three ringside judges are Robert Armstrong, Pedro Buendia and Emanuel Merlo.  

Round 1: 

Griff lands a cross.  
Brand closes the distance and connects with a right hook.

As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Brand has taken some damage there.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Brand closes the distance.  Griff throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref ignores Brand's complaints and signals for the action to continue.
