Boxing Daily Report from the AI France-Pays de la Loire promoted show at Nantes Sosno, Nantes,  taking place on 23/04/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the France-Pays de la Loire Light Heavyweight title.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Lacourse dabs at his face checking for damage.  Lacourse has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.

Bourvil pivots to the right of his opponent.  Lacourse hits home with a right hook.

Lacourse gets on the inside.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Lacourse.  The foul has worsened the damage  around the left eye.  The ref has ruled that the fight cannot continue due to the accidental damage.  We are going to the scorecards.
