John Briar vs Jay Crockett

Boxing Daily Report from the Papafio Promotions promoted show at Boston Savas, Boston,  taking place on 26/04/2034:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Briar (13(3) - 1) who hails from Stockton, USA and Jay Crockett(7 - 2(1) - 1) from Houston, USA.  Briar weighed in at 232 pounds and 4 ounces, while Crockett weighed in at 248 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Hassan Quadri, and the three ringside judges are Dominic Lowder, Kyle Ormiston and Elliot Ogle.  

Round 1: 

Briar feints a jab, fooling Crockett into throwing a right hook counter.  Briar is waiting for the shot and counters with a right hook.

You can sense Crockett is getting frustrated in there.   He throws a low uppercut...that landed south of the border! The ref stops the action and tells Crockett to keep his punches above the belt.  He gives Briar time to recover.  
Crockett gets on the inside.  Briar hits home with a firm left uppercut.  
Briar lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Crockett gets on the inside.  Briar digs in a right uppercut to Crockett's body.  
Crockett throws a left hook, but Briar ties up his opponent.  Crockett pushes his forearm into Briar's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
