Kris Veach vs Max Capodicasa

Boxing Daily Report from the Fanoosyan Promotions promoted show at Tacoma Bigham, Tacoma,  taking place on 05/05/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Washington Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kris Veach (17 - 8) who hails from Spokane, USA and Max Capodicasa(17(1) - 3 - 2) from Seattle, USA.  Veach weighed in at 129 pounds and 7 ounces, while Capodicasa weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jay Aries, and the three ringside judges are David Shank, Mark Lyne and Arnie Beaumarchais.  

Round 1: 

Capodicasa steps inside and throws a left hook, but his opponent avoids the shot.  Capodicasa ties up his opponent.  Capodicasa pushes his forearm into Veach's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Capodicasa.  
Capodicasa is looking to close the distance.  Veach pivots to the right of his opponent.  Veach throws a right uppercut, but Capodicasa holds on to his opponent.  Capodicasa is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Veach switches the action to the outside and is on target with a cross.  
Capodicasa is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook.  
Capodicasa advances into close range and hits home with a left hook.  
Capodicasa sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Capodicasa hits home with a left hook.  Capodicasa ties up his opponent.  Capodicasa leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Veach throws a left hook, but Capodicasa clinches his opponent.  Capodicasa leans on his opponent using all his weight. Capodicasa uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Veach's kidney. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Capodicasa.  
Capodicasa closes the distance and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Capodicasa is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Capodicasa pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right uppercut to the body followed by two left hook's to the head.  Capodicasa wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Veach dabs at his face checking for damage.

Capodicasa forces Veach to retreat into a corner.  Capodicasa sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Capodicasa throws a left uppercut, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Capodicasa holds on to his opponent.  Capodicasa tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Veach's kidney. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Capodicasa to stop fouling.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Capodicasa.  That has caused slight damage to the nose.
