Ciel Perrault vs Rance Roussel

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ivory Coast-Haut-Sassandra promoted show at Bassett Mollere Gym, Daloa,  taking place on 28/05/2034:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ivory Coast-Haut-Sassandra Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ciel Perrault (7 - 9 - 5) who hails from Daloa, Ivory Coast and Rance Roussel(9 - 12 - 5) from Daloa, Ivory Coast.  Perrault weighed in at 147 pounds, while Roussel weighed in at 147 pounds and 9 ounces.    As Roussel came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Jean-Baptiste Ostermeyer, and the three ringside judges are Delano Delahaye, Byron Jacob and Delano Delahaye.
