Giles Ndoumbe vs Mortimer Blondel

Boxing Daily Report from the Simanansa Promotions promoted show at Bamenda Foccart, Bamenda,  taking place on 17/06/2034:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cameroon-Nord-Oueste Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Giles Ndoumbe (18 - 3) who hails from Bamenda, Cameroon and Mortimer Blondel(10 - 9(1) - 3) from Bamenda, Cameroon.  Both Ndoumbe and Blondel weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Trystan de Marivaux, and the three ringside judges are Jeremie Galliard, Josce Kwekeu and Lance Dumas.  

Round 1: 

Blondel hits home with a right hook.  
Ndoumbe is on target with a jab.  
Blondel steps inside.  Ndoumbe lands a right uppercut.  
Ndoumbe digs in a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Ndoumbe digs in a left hook to his opponents body.

Blondel quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Blondel throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action and gives Ndoumbe time to recover.  
Ndoumbe hits home with a left hook.  Blondel wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Ndoumbe dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Ndoumbe lands a left uppercut to the head, a cross to the head and a right hook to the body.
