Mark Stark vs Paul Ferrier

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Jamaica-Saint Andrew promoted show at New Kingston Gory, New Kingston,  taking place on 29/06/2034:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Jamaica-Saint Andrew Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mark Stark (20(12) - 4(3)) who hails from New Kingston, Jamaica and Paul Ferrier(9 - 8(1) - 5) from New Kingston, Jamaica.  Stark weighed in at 241 pounds and 4 ounces, while Ferrier weighed in at 235 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Alen Candlish, and the three ringside judges are Nathan Law, Kyle Burnside and Ricky Hewson.  

Round 1: 

Stark is looking to close the distance and whips in a big left hook to his opponents body.  FERRIER HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  
Stark steps inside and is on target with a right hook.  
Ferrier steps to the outside.  Stark lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Stark gets on the inside.  Stark pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Stark hits home with a cross.  
Stark gets on the inside.  Ferrier backs onto the ropes...he is waving his opponent in!  Stark accepts the invitation, throwing powerful combos, but is unable to land anything on Ferrier.  
Stark steps inside and lands a right hook to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Ferrier is looking to keep his distance.  Stark sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands two straights followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Stark gets on the inside.  Stark sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a solid right hook to his opponents body.  
Stark lands a jab.  
Stark pivots to the left of his opponent.  Ferrier lands a cross.  
Stark sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Stark throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.  
Stark gets on the inside.  Stark sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a stinging right hook.  
Stark gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  
Stark lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Stark pivots to the right of his opponent and lands with a hard jab.  
Stark sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Stark connects with a right hook.  Stark tries to land a left uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Stark tries to land a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
Stark pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  He then lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Stark steps inside.  Stark is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Stark lands a left uppercut to the body, a cross to the head and a left hook to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a left uppercut to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Stark lands a cross to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a right hook to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the body followed by two left uppercut's to the head.  Ferrier now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Stark sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Stark feints a right, and then lands a ramrod jab.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Ferrier's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Ferrier's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Ferrier's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Ferrier's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Stark steps inside.  Stark pivots to the side of his opponent and connects with a stinging left uppercut.  
Stark steps away from his opponent and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Stark is looking to close the distance.  Stark pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Stark tries to step out of his opponents range and hits home with a cross.

Stark steps to the outside.  Stark feints a cross, but Ferrier does not fall for it and is on target with a right hook to Stark's body.  
Stark steps inside.  Stark sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the head.  
Stark drives a right hook into his opponents ribcage.  
Stark is looking to close the distance.  Stark pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Ferrier almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Stark contemptuously drops his hands, trying to provoke his opponent.  Ferrier tries to land a jab, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a VICIOUS cross.  IT LOOKS LIKE FERRIER WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Ferrier recovers before his opponent can take advantage.
