Elderson Amkpa vs Yakubu Akinmunde

Boxing Daily Report from the Adusei Promotions promoted show at Hassan Sultana Gym, Maiduguri,  taking place on 01/07/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Borno State Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Elderson Amkpa (12 - 20(1) - 4) who hails from Maiduguri, Nigeria and Yakubu Akinmunde(13(3) - 2(1) - 1) from Maiduguri, Nigeria.  Both Amkpa and Akinmunde weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gethin Rotimi, and the three ringside judges are Mohsin Kassem, Olufemi Doda and Cody Aderemi.  

Round 1:
