Vidal Galas vs Leonardo Rubi

Boxing Daily Report from the Nabwire Promotions promoted show at Ulises Resendiz Gym, Asuncion,  taking place on 01/07/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Paraguay-Asuncion Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vidal Galas (15 - 12(1) - 8) who hails from Asuncion, Paraguay and Leonardo Rubi(24 - 12(5) - 2) from Asuncion, Paraguay.  Both Galas and Rubi weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Agapetus Rodriguez, and the three ringside judges are Rodrigo Gordillo, Eduardo Lugar and Bronco Albino.  

Round 1: 

Rubi lands a straight 1 - 2.
