Jay Linan vs Emanuel Fulgencio

Boxing Daily Report from the Glove Shack promoted show at Churchill Downs, Louisville,  taking place on 19/08/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the IRBF Intercontinental Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on HBO, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jay Linan (38(24) - 1 - 1) who hails from Sacremento, USA and Emanuel Fulgencio(24(8) - 1) from Ponce, Puerto Rico.  Both Linan and Fulgencio weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Noel Aitkens, and the three ringside judges are Ian Buist, Hugh Days and Bart Dow.  

Round 1: 

Fulgencio sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.
