Selestino Lares vs Juan Merlin

Boxing Daily Report from the Boomer Promotions promoted show at Havana Salazar, Havana,  taking place on 06/08/2034:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cuba Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Selestino Lares (14 - 14 - 2) who hails from Havana, Cuba and Juan Merlin(12 - 5 - 2) from Havana, Cuba.  Both Lares and Merlin weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Isidro Tafoya, and the three ringside judges are Juan Henriquez, Beltran Diaz and Rodrigo Llamas.
