Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at Qualcomm Stadium, San Diego,  taking place on 14/09/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Denton the Hitman McClelland (9(9) - 0 - 1) who hails from Syracuse, USA and Ibrahim Ayad(25 - 11(7)) from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.  Both McClelland and Ayad weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Robert Juarez, and the three ringside judges are Euan Lyon, Obaid Abdelnour and Barry Maxton.  

Round 1: 

McClelland lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
McClelland connects with a cross.  
Ayad is looking to close the distance.  McClelland lands a firm left uppercut.  McClelland clinches his opponent.  Ayad hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Ayad to stop fouling.

McClelland is on target with a hurtful cross.  AYAD IS HURT!  Ayad recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Ayad forces McClelland to retreat onto the ropes.  McClelland lands a right uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  
McClelland tries to keep the action at long range.  Ayad lands with a solid jab.  
McClelland throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Ayad manages to force McClelland onto the ropes.  McClelland is on target with a sharp jab.  
Ayad attempts to land a cross, but McClelland blocks the shot and counters with a stinging cross.

Ayad lands with a stiff jab.  Ayad throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.

McClelland is looking to keep his distance.  McClelland sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a solid jab.  
Ayad steps inside.  Ayad pivots from in front of his opponent.  Ayad digs in a right hook to McClelland's ribcage.  McClelland holds on to his opponent.  McClelland is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Ayad lands a right uppercut.  McClelland clinches his opponent.  Ayad pushes his forearm into McClelland's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
McClelland is looking to keep the action on the outside and EXPLODES a nasty cross into his opponents face.  AYAD WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Ayad almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Ayad is looking to close the distance and digs in a left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  McClelland clinches his opponent.  Ayad tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits McClelland's kidney. 
McClelland is looking to keep the action on the outside and is on target with a spiteful cross.  AYAD IS HURT!  
McClelland knows it could take just a few clean shots to force the stoppage.  McClelland lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  He then lands a right hook, cross and a left hook to his opponents head, AND DROPS AYAD!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 8.  
McClelland drives a hard jab into his opponents face.  Ayad now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
McClelland tries to step out of his opponents range and hits home with a sharp overhand left.  
McClelland steps away from his opponent and hits home with a cross.  
McClelland lands a cross, overhand left and a cross to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Ayad quickly recovers. 
McClelland lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
McClelland is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Ayad connects with a cross.  
Ayad hits the target with a solid jab.  
McClelland lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head, AND DROPS AYAD TO THE CANVAS!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is McClelland!
